My First Dior

Well, it happened. I knew it was inevitable: I couldn't resist Dior. I've seen people talk about Dior makeup on youtube videos and on blogs talking about magical products that define luxury. Any regrets? Only that I didn't get these babies sooner! 

side note: you know you're getting the good stuff when it comes in little velvet packages! 

With some gift cards from relatives, I picked up the Dior Rosy Glow Awakening Blush and the infamous Dior Amber Diamond. I will take away everything I ever said about another blush giving my face a glow, because this does better than anything else I've ever tried. As you can tell from the swatch below, this is a cool-toned pink blush. You only need a swipe or two of product to get perfect cheeks. This is one of the most brightening blushes I've ever worn, and definitely one to try out! 

The next pretty thing I got was the infamous Amber Diamond. This is a rose-gold highlighter that looks gorgeous with a bunch of different shades of blush. I like how the warm tones play with the cool tones of the Rosy Glow, but it looks great with any blush I've paired it with so far! This is definitely going to get a lot of love in the upcoming months!
